Burnout & Overwhelm
Come back to yourself before the finish line.
Rapid Transformational Therapy · Agape Hypnotherapy
In as few as one to three sessions, Rapid Transformational Therapy helps you reach the root of what's holding you back — and release it for good.

Our philosophy
Ágape is the love born from truly seeing another person. Not as a case, not as a symptom, but as a soul with a story worth honoring. It's the quiet force behind every session here — a commitment to your wellbeing that doesn't ask you to be smaller, faster, or more convenient than you are.
Care
Deep care for who you are today.
Honesty
Honesty about what's ready to change.
Respect
Respect for the pace your healing needs.
“Your transformation isn't just work we do together — it's a success story we write side by side.”
Created by renowned British therapist Marisa Peer, Rapid Transformational Therapy — RTT — is a hybrid method that works faster than traditional talk therapy because it doesn't stay on the surface. It meets you at the level where beliefs were formed and gently rewrites them.
In a focused state of relaxation, we revisit the moments that shaped the belief — "I'm not enough," "I don't deserve," "it's not safe to be me" — and we give your mind new, truer instructions. You leave each session with a personalized audio recording, designed to reinforce the shift for the next 21 to 30 days.
These are the territories where RTT tends to move fastest — because the belief underneath each one was learned, and anything learned can be un-learned.
Each of these is designed as a focused transformation, not an open-ended practice. Most shifts land in one to three sessions.
Come back to yourself before the finish line.
Quiet the noise. Meet the calm that was always underneath.
Walk out as someone who simply no longer needs it — in one focused session.
Stop fighting your body. Start listening to what it's been asking for.
What was installed can be uninstalled — often in one session.
Speak, lead, and show up without the hijack of fear.
Come home to the version of you that never needed permission.
Midlife isn't a crisis. It's a recalibration.
Don't see yours? Let's talk.

I'm a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner trained in the method developed by Marisa Peer. But more than that, I'm someone who believes — deeply — that the life you want is on the other side of the story you stopped questioning.
I work with clients who are tired of going in circles: the same anxiety, the same relationship pattern, the same voice in their head that says "not yet, not you, not enough." My work is to walk with you to the moment that voice was born — and to show you, in your own words, that it was never the truth.
Credentials
It would be an honor to witness your transformation.
These are their words — the kind of shifts that keep me in love with this work.
I had been in traditional therapy for years. One session with Patricia Acuña reached something I'd been circling around the whole time. I finally understood why the pattern kept repeating — and, for the first time, I didn't need it anymore.
What surprised me most wasn't the method — it was how safe I felt. Patricia Acuña holds the space with a care I've rarely experienced. The shift was real, but more than that, I felt genuinely seen.
I came in wanting to work on my self-confidence before a big career move. I left with something I hadn't expected: the quiet, settled sense that I don't have to prove anything to anyone. The audio she made for me became part of my morning.
A guided audio to quiet the noise, meet your body, and remember what calm feels like.

No. RTT is nothing like stage hypnosis. You stay fully aware, fully you, and fully in charge the entire time. Most clients describe it as a deeply focused, relaxed state — similar to the moment just before you fall asleep, when you can still hear everything but your body feels heavy and calm.
For most issues, one to three sessions is the range. Some shifts land in a single session; deeper or layered patterns — long-standing anxiety, complex relational history — tend to move across two or three. We decide together based on what emerges.
It's a 20-minute conversation. You tell me what you want to transform, I explain how I'd approach it, and we both feel whether we're the right fit. No pitch, no pressure. If we're not aligned, I'll tell you honestly — and often suggest a direction that is.
Both work. RTT is equally effective online — what matters is your presence, a quiet space, and a stable connection. Many of my clients prefer online because they can land back into their own home right after.
Yes — this is the part most people underestimate. The audio is a custom recording built from what emerged in your session, designed to reinforce the new belief while your mind integrates it. Listening for 21 to 30 days isn't extra work; it's where the transformation settles in.
No. RTT is a complementary approach, not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. If you're currently in treatment, I encourage you to keep your team informed — our work sits alongside theirs, never in place of it.
This is one of the most common worries, and one of the least founded. Every mind responds, even if it doesn't look like the movies. Whatever comes up is what's meant to — and my role is to guide the session in whichever direction your mind chooses to go.
Investment is shared on the discovery call, once we've clarified what you want to work on and how many sessions it's likely to take. I'd rather quote you honestly than post a generic price that doesn't fit your situation.
It isn't. The length of time a pattern has been with you doesn't determine how quickly it can shift — what matters is reaching the moment it was installed. RTT is designed for exactly that, and some of the most dramatic shifts I've witnessed have been in clients who assumed they were beyond help.
In Spanish or English. Many clients find one language carries certain memories better than the other — in session, we follow wherever your mind speaks most naturally, even if that means switching mid-sentence.
A 20-minute conversation is all it takes to find out what the next chapter could look like.
